"I have not worn red lipstick since he told me that i wore it

to be noticed."

This is a project focused on surreal, documentary-styled portraits of 'victims' in their personal domestic spaces. Those photographed also have their harassers comments painted on them, word-for-word, in an activist tone of voice.

Photographing the subjects in their own domestic spaces tells their personal, individual stories, and how their cases effected their home-life and mental-health.

Different photographs throughout the project connote different thoughts and feelings from the subjects. Some are empowered, some vulnerable, other images show the beauty of the victim, and others depict the confusion that was felt at the time.

The images are presented here in a near random order - to convey the severity of different emotions felt by those effected by cases of harassment.
